  Not sure I'd agree that it's the *worst* injustice since Mandella, but it certainly ranks up there. It *might*, and that's a huge "might", have been warranted to begin with, but after that the bastard was just fucking her over for his own benefit.

  IDK the details of the case but if her father was taking advantage of her finances/$$$, then yeah she should be in control - but she seems like a headcase and a ditz so I'm thinking this will leave her open to getting ripped off and losing her $$$ now that she's the one in control of it.
