Outdoor after hours?

With current covid restrictions, they have to stop selling drinks at 11pm. Instagram today shows a coming soon this Friday 10pm to 2am, a large tent in their parking lot. Maybe they're skirting the laws to keep the party going til 2?

This is so they can serve alcohol until 2 AM.
