Hmmm. Interesting. I’ve had a couple of sessions with her in the past and she always delivered as promised. Once she even told me to pay her whatever I felt like. Never asked for money up front. What you fail to understand is that theft is theft and scamming is scamming.

Whether or not the particular criminal law in a particular area recognizes it as theft is a separate issue

The law doesn’t recognize stealing someone’s illegal drugs either… but morally and technically speaking, if you take someones drugs without consent it is still stealing.

The same applies to paying for any illegal product or service. Some people are unwilling to provide a particular product or service but they make a living out of pretending to provide the product or service. The good thing is that even though cop’s can’t do much, in the case of people who scam or steal drugs, eventually they do it to someone who fights back.

In the case of scamming hoes or strippers, eventually they run into that client violent enough to do something about it, or their pimp gets violent with them.
So even without cops or the law involved you have street justice and karma available.

I too had the exact same experience w Marcella.

She approached me.

I offered $200 for full experience with her.

Got back there and gave her agreed amount.

I started to put the moves on her and she asked for more money. $200 more.

Fine. I gave it to her.

Then her name was called to go on stage and she left. Fed me some bs about coming back after she was off stage.

That was a very negative experience.
