IDK if it's extra reporting, or if violence in general seems way up as of late

Kinda makes one give thought to which clubs one visits and which times and to maybe be a bit more aware of one's surroundings to avoid potential issues

And Waterloo has a population less than 100k, so one would think stuff like that would be less of a concern, that’s nuts.

Violent crimes ARE up. As lockdowns ease, I'm guessing we will see more. Even in smallish cities.

I feel like all crime has gone up not just reporting.
