Is it just me or is hit highly odd that a male worker has to share a room with a female coworker? That would make me as uncomfortable as hell.

I would say from his behavior that he probably arranged the single room, then blamed it on the hotel as a screw up so he could arrange an opportunity....

I hope it was a great learning experience for the kids.
