Drinking my home brew. This bottle was fucking fantastic. Trouble is that I made it 2 weeks ago and did not take notes! Fuck! I live. I learn.

Try to recreate it while you are drinking, that should help your memory.

Yes. That is my plan. But....I am mixup my 13 percent with my 70 percent. But, it’s all fucking good! Especially after my first 750 ml of 13 percent. After that, what’s a few percentage points ?
