I just sent one OK.
Logout/Login fixed it.
I got it one time a few weeks ago. I just used a different browser and it worked fine.
I had that issue - seems somehow I was using an older/previous version of the TUSCL software - I went to the TUSCL homescreen then went back to the Messages view and that seemed to fix it (I guess going to the homescreen got me back to the latest/current TUSCL software)
