Keep it in my pants when I do OTC. If I were a stripper it would stand for I like big bucks and I can not lie.
Where would you go on vacation if the goal was lots of really good lap dances? Looking for a place in North America or Caribbean. I have no racial or ethnic preferences for dancers, long as they have nice figures. Want to have a 90+% chance of coming home alive.
Most others would be looking for hide-the-salami type extras. But, being a broken-down geezer, my little soldier doesn't stand at attention too well (even with the blue pills). So mouth-on-boob is the dirtiest extra that does something for me.
Is the answer different if you want to keep the cost withing 10 grand?
Places like Vegas and Orlando seem like obvious candidates. Sure to have lots of smoking hot dancers. But I worry that, in places with lots of just visiting custies, dancers may prefer to bank with the meet-you-later hustle, instead of actually giving good dances.
Which leads to a side question: when traveling, is it better to say you just moved there, so you get the want-you-as-a-regular dances?

If you like boob sucking and good dances then yeah Vegas would be cool if this were pre-COVID. Only thing is, the only boob sucking I do is usually in VIP. Haven't been able to do that in plain floor dances. Who knows how it'll be when it opens back up.
Dallas is more my style. Maybe Houston too, but I haven’t been.

DR is a great spot for sexy, curvy women. The newest, more glitzy area is Punta Cana out west. El Cibao (north) has 2 hotspots. Puerto plata and Sosua. The latter is smaller city, but crowded with hot chicas.
Early this year i went to Monterrey, Mexico. Visited only 3-4 clubs. The city is has about 12 of em. Most, if not all have an area for extra activities. Some are high end, as pricey as US clubs. Others are ghetto. And a bunch of in the middle of the road.
There’s always HK TJ.
Colombia is also on my radar. Hopefully next year. Medellin is the hotspot for strip clubs/brothels. Second is Bogotá.
10k will go a long long way in any of these countries. DR hotel/flight packages by their agency is probably gonna cost for a premium for their service.
Assuming we are only talking post-global deployment of the vaccines, here's some thoughts:
US:
- Atlanta is mecca for the "make it rain" clubs. Lots of wanna be (and actual) rappers and pro athletes go to clubs in "Hotlanta" to party with their buddies and throw stacks of $1's on the stage. You can pick off some handsy hotties from the sidelines there.
- Tampa/Miami is loaded with friendly Chica's and locals who will rub and slide naked boobs anywhere you want. Many will also offer extras and/or OTC but you are not obligated to go (or tip) that far.
- Houston clubs like Treasures can be a great place to find fake boobs attached to fake personalities who will try to convince you that they love your "old world charms."
- LA breaks down into three areas: 1. Downtown & South LA - lots of urban clubs where grinding is an art form, 2. The San Fernando Valley offers a good mix of fresh, tight talent and extras on the DL, if you know the game, and 3. City Of Industry has many of the most legendary FS extra clubs on the west Coast and taking these veteran and occasional noob dancers for a test drive (outside of VIP) can be very hands on and fun for minimal investment.
Caribbean, including Jamaica and Dominican Republic:
Travel costs are relatively low, compared to Europe or Asia. Some clubs are a bit dodgy, but go with a buddy, or stay with the most popular clubs near major tourist locations and you can get your boobie-time on the cheap.
Finally, Mexico is a mixed bag - prostitution is tolerated in the open, so you need to figure out which bars/clubs have only hookers, and which also have strippers. But drinks, food and hotels are cheap, and girls are friendly, especially if you speak Spanish.

If you are that concerned about health due to old age and health issues you may want to just pace yourself with some short local club visits to get you by until spring.
I understand Canada has what you seek, but I haven't been there in years.
Considering where you are, I have had some good luck in Chicago, especially at Club360.
Los Angles is good around The City of Industry, but CA has some of the most restrictive Covid requirements in the country, especially around LA. OTOH, I have had some great times there and it has a nice concentration of clubs. Tough call.
Having crisscrossed the country numerous times (driving a truck) and looking for a good club at every stop, I have found that you can find what you want most anywhere. Had some good times in some tiny backwoods hovels.
Why not rent a small motorhome and do some exploring. With $10K, that should be very doable. Getting there is part of the fun.
In TJ are there safe places to stay overnight near HK and Adelitas, or do you go back to US every night? How much $ can you take to TJ before even the tourist cops are willing take the heat for one dead gringo?
And you can stay near or at the clubs, as the clubs have associated hotels.

No, is better just to talk to the girl and make sure you both agree in a mutually beneficial respectful transaction and listen to your 'spidey sense'🕷 / gut feeling.
Remember the old adage, 'If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is'
A couple more things:
If you don’t speak Spanish just ask for someone that speak English to help you, most people are willing to help when asked politely.
You will have a unique experience, your own, nothing will be exactly like you imagined or expected.

All the COI are closed, they tried to open on the down low only to be shut down after two weeks.
As of tonight the OC clubs (Sahara and Imperial) are open and for the right price (not 10k though) you can get some high mileage lap dances and I am sure a boob or two can be sucked in the VIP room.
If you go to the one of those clubs, ask the dancer where she worked before and if she mention one if the COI clubs the odds are she should be down with the program.
