As for the subject, yes the femanists and their politician mouthpieces are the ones who don't want heterosexual prostitution to be legal. People say its because of social conservatives or religious pressure but seriously on what other issue do they hold sway these days?
I suspect we will see more efforts to crackdown on heterosexual prostitution in the future both what is now legal or technically illegal but tolerated. Femanism is about women holding power over men and the femanists know their greatest power is sex. If men can just go get it whenever they want (assuming they aren't totally broke) that goes a long way to taking this power away and leveling the playing field between men and women.

Sadly, brothels and strip clubs seem to be the last businesses the government is concerned about opening during the pandemic. It’s simply the truth. They don’t realize how women need the income to support their families.
