When visiting out of town clubs, I have often thought that knowing the names of some good dancers would be helpful. TUSCL, however, has this unwritten rule apparently of not using dancer names in reviews. While I understand that we don’t need an explicit blow by blow (wasn’t intending that) of the activities, hearing from others about dancers that provide a good time would be helpful. Assuming that appropriate decorum is followed (this is the morally upstanding TUSCL after all), I would think dancers might appreciate the name-drop as well for business purposes.
Am I correct that this unwritten no-names rule exists here? And, if so, what are the rationales for it?
AFAIK you are not correct. I see dancers recommended in reviews pretty often. I never see and don’t want to see names dancers being tied to certain activities
IMO, names are okay in general terms, but if associating them to a specific action that will lead to their dismissal they should be avoided at all costs. Don't kill the golden goose! We have a messaging system that is useful for obtaining names.
As others have mentioned, not cool to link dancers names to specific acts that can get them in trouble. This isn't an escort review site. There IS a caveat in founders review guidelines on being careful about naming dancers to specific acts that can get them (or club) in trouble.
One thing that is encouraged on Tuscl is that ROB's should definitely be outed- preferably by name AND a detailed physical description. Dancers do change their s/n from time to time. You should have named that ROB in your recent Men's Club - Houston review.
Ok. This is very helpful. Thanks for the comments. A follow up: is it your impression that club management is on here reading reviews and taking action in response to those reviews, or who knows but that is what we are worried about?
^ My guess is that the backlash against dancers named would be subtle yet probably result in problems for the named dancer coming at her in ways that make it difficult for her to protect herself, I personally don’t ever name girls in reviews unless they are out and out ROBs and I’m in the group that believes you shouldn’t do it.

If the multitude of shill reviews for certain clubs are any indication, at least some are. Who and how many - who knows? And are those who DO see descriptions of sexual activities taking action? It probably varies and, as 25 said, it may be less obvious in some cases yet equally damaging.
In a place that is so easily accessed by the general public, one must assume the worst and behave accordingly. There are only a few nationwide sites dedicated to strip clubs and as far as I know this one has the most club reviews, so one should assume that it is on the radar of at least a % of club managers/owners.
This is a competitive industry. Dancers who give the customer an experience that pushes over the limits have to worry about other dancers and management, and to a lesser extent LEO. Don’t put a target on their back or draw attention to it. If you want to mention a dancer’s name because she’s awesome, leave out the fact that she blew you.
It's not the end of the world, but what goes on b/w a dancer and a custy in the realm of extras is b/w them - some dancers that do extras still care what other girls think or say about them (there are def club politics in almost all clubs); sometimes there are S.O.s that look at reviews (one can argue most S.O.s know what's up but in actuality some/many don't); etc.
Some examples of what's ok:
"Bambi gives great dances; she's a lot of fun and I had a blast"
"I met a dancer just my type and she was down for some BBBJ and it was one of the best I've had" (ok to say this but not name the dancer which includes "writing it in code" like M***y; and maybe not describing in her in too great a detail which easily gives her away like "I got a great BBBJ from a blond with shoulder-length hair shaved on on side w/ a tattoo of a tasmanian-devil on her left shoulder-blade)
i.e. it's ok to name a dancer; and it's ok to describe extras-services, just best to avoid connecting the specific dancer to extras.
I won't approve reviews that even link a particular sex act (BJ, FS, etc) to an unnamed dancer at a club. You are still bringing heat on the establishment.
Tetradon, then what is the point of reading reviews here when they are watered down to the level of Yelp reviews.
You are not bringing heat to a club by bragging. Every LEO knows that all this stuff is probably fantasy and fabrication and can’t be used. And if a place is very extras friendly you can be guaranteed LE already knows and you’re not letting some super secret out of the bag.
Here is another selfish reason not to mention dancer names. If you find one that really rocks your boat why share it with the world? Keep her to yourself. Keep the competition down which may also keep the price down. Do you want to walk into the club and find you favorite already cornered by a whale?
