Game called on account of not enough players in the club

IME some small clubs do this when it's a slow night.

^well yeah some small dives esp in little out of the way places or low end towns like portland will do that but I have never heard of corporate places like SR closing early.

Great business decision !!! Make the customers you get leave. If each of those tell 10, then it will be done time before you recover.

Between Covid-19 and the BLM rioting, downtown Minneapolis has been a ghost town. People aren't going to bars, restaurants, or even their offices.

If the club is booming, then yeah no reason to close the club early unless they feel there's some kinda safety issue (situation in the city, etc) - but per the OP "Me and one other customer made our way to the door" - as for me, if a club is that slow then I don't blame them for closing early if it's only a handful of custies - I don't expect a large club to stay open to just service two custies

Well it sucks that this is happening in Minneapolis right now. I remember about this time last year it was sorta slow with dudes not coming in to clubs and going to lakes + some state fair, but it wasnt that dead. There was definitely tons of moneys to be made this time last year. Damn I wish I knew where stripping wasnt completely fucked right now cuz Pottland definitely sucks for some1 like me or nicespice.

@blahblahblah23 clubs just re-opened in Arizona. I’m not personally going because we are still in the middle of a pandemic, but you may want to ask others about how active things are in the Arizona thread.

^ Honestly, with the minimal amount of traveling going on right now, I think Portland is a good place to be. In my opinion, customers are slow decision makers but it seems once you can finally get one on board, they are great. Seemed like it was a good area once established but irritating if just trying to get new girl money and bounce. Eat an edible before coming in for a shift if that makes having to socialize with customers easier.

Or take a break for a year or two and do something else. There’s always that too.

Watching the news- Portland seems like a horrible place to be.

As for my opinion of SR’s actions, I don’t think that was really fair. Sure, maybe begin the process of closing down—and start telling dancers that if they wish to start heading out then they are allowed to. But if somebody is still in VIP let them finish it up. 😐 it couldn’t have taken that much longer jeez.

I just don't see portlanders being nicer customers than anywhere else ime. They kinda suck like customers elsewhere and slower to spend than a lot of other areas. Idk maybe that is just me. And they are just as grabby as dudes elsewhere in private ime. I don't see how they are respectful customers???

Also most of portland is scary dead or extremely hit and miss. This town is a waste of time to strip in and doesnt have real high end customers like downtown Minneapolis.

Also scheduling dancers STRICTLY and having us prepay house fees is extremely fucked up during these times.

Fuck this low end low class white liberal trash town.

Also they big time overscheduled girls in portland to collect on prepaid house fees. Probably one of the worst cities in america to dance seriously. I think at this point small towns beat portland.

Idk. Maybe things changed? All I know is that most customers didn’t touch during dances. And the ones who did touch, asked permission first. And they asked when the dance already started so it’s not like the sale was blown if I had said no. But admittedly my point of reference was the Golden Dragon and Sunset Strip and that’s only two clubs out of like 50+? So idk.

Granted, Mexicans were a grabby bunch but I don’t know anywhere that exists where they aren’t.

Doesn't Portland have more strip clubs per capita than any other city? (I think I remember reading an article years ago on the subject)

If so, then it would seem that over saturation of the marketplace could be a problem for dancers.

@Heaving I feel like Austin’s saving grace that made it great WAS the abundance of travel customers. What I loved about Palazio at the time I was there was how rare it was to see the same face twice at that club. Without that crowd, I am kinda wondering whether Palazio and Yellow Rose will eventually adjust and turn into Perfect 10 level of a whorehouse.

Where a certain % of customers don’t really value lap dances. They only bother getting them to “test you out” if they want to do a cabana with you. Then they suggest a cabana. Then when you don’t give them an explicit answer of what you’re willing to do, they are done with you permanently...

Idk sunswr strip disconnect their phone tried coming in 1 pm 1 day and say hiring dude not in till 5 but phone disconnect so had to go to find out so just got hired at dolphin instead. Dolphin customers are gross imo and disrespectful as fuck. These dives suck too. So does gold club and stars. Phoenix is probably the best city right now. The clubs in Austin went to absolute shit about four years ago, and except for Palazio are all urban strip clubs. Expose' shut down and Perfect 10 in Round Rock is a ghost town.

In Phoenix Bourbon Street Circus is more tuned to what your looking for. They reopened the Christie's that's not far from BSC. But they are trying make the club similar to BSC.
