I consider arson one of the absolute worst crimes someone can commit. It endangers lives of both ordinary people and fire fighters, children, pets, animals. It should be punishable by death if anyone is killed and severe long prison sentences if not. So no, I wouldn't ever commit arson.

I would not resort to burning down. But I would completely defund the following in this order :
Congress - Should serve not fleece.
IRS - Flat use tax based on cost of product.
Dept of Ed - They are telling us they are non-essential.
