so the camera makes the difference... people pay me to have sex with them. but its funny to me that its legal in nevada but no were else. why is this??? who's looking out for them because it feels like no one...
As said before, I think one of the reasons governments find it difficult to legalise it is because they can't monitor earnings like people in regular employment.
I would be in favor of making sex work legal. It would impact us in many ways we haven’t thought about though. Would there still be as many Strip Clubs if there was a brothel around the corner? I would still go to Strip Clubs, would you?
I don't think I would ever go to a brothel, I do enjoy strip clubs even though I haven't been to a strip club since March, and don't plan to go, until we know much more about this virus and how to treat it.
Not sure I would go to a brothel.....again.......but strip clubbing is a different story and as I sit here swabbing a small bud of GG#4 in some Ghost Train Haze live resin I realize that sunroof open, Warren Zevo blasting... I am off to Woonsocket...
This has been brought up a lot on here. A lot of you criticise legal prostitution in nevada as being too expensive amd instead favor human trafficking and aamps
If any acts of sex are given at any point, and if money is given at any point, no matter the extra details before, inbetween, and after - no matter what label you put it under (porn/escorts/AMP/brothel/whatever), it's all sex work.
And assuming it's all consensual, it's not fair that so many loopholes and regulations are needed to make one label more or less legal than the others.
@Eve in theory yes. But in practice politicians make compromise legislative deals and lawyers make money on those laws created from those deals. Both make decisions based on their own self-preservation and enrichment.
ive been in the trade my entire life... well adult life that is. ive been a stripper hooker professional girl you name it ive done it and its sad that we are choking out this profession because of the current life standards. Neither side of the political isle seems to understand this concept of my body my choice. so instead of having legal brothels open and running nationwide we have girls tonight as we speaking selling pussy on a street corner. thats just not right
@ PD From where I sit I agree it's not right. I bet many politicians think it's not right too. But they are pandering to their constituents and interests. For most politicians it would be political suicide in the US especially now it's all tangled up with this very wide interpretation of "trafficing".
The problem is the victim society. like there are girls that like to have sex and like getting paid to do it thats not wrong. forcing some...wrong... but making the concious decision to do it for a job is not wrong
i would be for that if it were safer for the girls sure. i mean its never going to be super cheap but it could not cost a gazillion dollars for a blowjob and i could get on board with that.
imo as long as both are agreeable to the sex any ‘price’ or ‘cost’ shouldn’t make a lawful difference.
shit. marriage seems to have a ‘price’ or ‘cost’. so what’s the real difference?
I agree with the argument that prostitution should be legal. I believe it would benefit prostitutes if it was legal.
The truth is obvious to me - as there will always be horny men who are willing to pay for sex. There will also be women who need money - and who are willing to offer their bodies for money.
However, there is another truth, and that is our government will continue to oppose the legalization of prostitution on a national level. Our government is comprised of old men, who will oppose legalization simply because they believe it looks good to do so.
Don't sweat legality, especially if you're white. Our leaders don't follow the laws they create so why should we? I'm 100% serious - there needs to be an example from the top before I ever get on board with a 100% legal life.
The law, as it is, is just a way for the elites to selectively abuse certain portions of the population.
Since PD is legal, is it ok to ask if she pays taxes?
Some folks complain about the illegality of their profession until they realize how much taxes decrease income. Then they complain about how much being legal hurts.

That said, prostitution should be decriminalized and regulated.
