I think most of the clubs are not even opened however is there full nude club not selling alcohol in Cleveland? All the clubs described in tuscl is pastie bar or topless. (I mean which is listed in this website.) I know clubs should either choose full nude or alcohol however it seems no sense that every club chooses alcohol.
Clubs used to find ways to cheat years ago, like a door separating "two different businesses" one a club and one a bar, but I think it was cracked down on. But since Ohio doesn't even allow nipples if alcohol is sold, most places would rather sell liquor.
