  If her pee is over 60% alcohol content - she can pee on my hands to sanitize them against covid-19...

  That variant might be new, but the condition where one's own body brews alcohol is not.
  
  As for not believing her when she said she didn't drink, I would think/hope that a *doctor* would be of the "trust but verify" mindset.
