Busiest club in San Francisco (Gold Club) is shutting down for 2 weeks. It's a DejaVu club as are most all clubs in SF, so I assume all the other DV clubs in SF will close too.

At least one club closed in CT. A CF already expressed concerns about paying her bills. Rickdugan and ilk are going to have a field day as long as this crisis goes on. It’ll be like shooting fish in a barrel....if you’re willing to take that risk.

^ Except that they can't. Most clubs/bars are completely closed or going to be as has already happened in several states as are restaurants. So you couldn't pick up a stripper hard on her luck no matter how much risk you or her were willing to take. I figure a lot of strippers take weeks off or longer at a time even in regular circumstances, usually when they built some savings. Now every stripper gets a bit of a respite. Anyway, at least restaurants can stay open for carry out services. Too bad they don't allow the take out option at strip clubs...

Dirk: Now there's a good model for strip clubs in the social distancing era: drive through and carry out.

Dallas is closed. Fort Worth is limiting places to 50% of their normal capacity or 100 whichever is smaller. Personally I think this is a smart compromise that will let restaurants and bars stay open but still limit virus exposure.

Those Fort Worth clubs won’t be open for long. How does it make sense that dallas closes but not Fort Worth? 🙄
