Stormy Daniels was due for some trouble, but wrongful arrests are never appropriate. Apparently, the vice squad officers lied to IA, and it read as if the vice squad had a history of problems and was subsequently disbanded.

If they had no cause to arrest her and were only doing it for political reasons, then they most certainly should be penalized.
