New Miami KOD?

The original KOD was flourishing till it was sold circa 2012/13 - it slowly started to go downhill after that till it became a shadow of its former self.

This latest incarnation seem to be opening in a location where another new upscale club had opened a couple of years ago (originally called Wet then Vivid) and only lasted a few months b/f it was turned into a gay nightclub - I assume KOD's name recognition will help it but I'm doubtful about how good it may be (probably be a supa-make-it-rain club but we'll see).

Papi, I was working in the area of Wet/Vivid (don't recall which name it was) during it's short life. I went in and as I recall I saw myself and the barmaid. No one else. I turned and left. Then it was gone!

I have a cousin who's throwing parties there next weekend. My guess is that it'll be similar to the old club: that's the vibe I get from everyone I've talked to. Wonder what the people at G5ive think about this.
