1)Gwyneth Paltrow- I don't like her attitude or politics, but damn! Few women in their 20s look that good, let alone at 47 yo. 2) Kerry Washington. She missed the mark, she's much sexier thannwe saw last night. The hair, the dress, the lipstick, the cheekbones, it just did not come together for her. I'd say it's more about them living in their Hollywood-bubble with other multi-millionaires and not really having much of a clue how the avg person lives/thinks.

Just being honest, I have trouble showing any enthusiasm for actresses in their 40s and 50s. Twenty years ago I would rate them (in descending order) Selma, Gwyneth, then Kerry.

^^^^ I have noticed that the upper age limit for the women the entertainment industry holds up as sex symbols keeps on going higher.

It is rather like they are seen in ways similar to how men are, not just youthfulness and fertility anymore.

IMO - Salma had always had a bit of a rough-face even when younger, although she would often look good w/ makeup - now in her early-50s it's harder to conceal her rough-features - although I still love her cleavage
