"Reasonable" price for ITC BJ? Price for ITC FS?

Too much of a good thing is never enough
Setting prices for a service is complicated. In general the buyer wants to maximize the services and minimize the costs. Of course, the service seller usually wants to minimize the services and maximize the income. That said, I'm curious about comparative prices for ITC extras across the country (or around the world).
1. What geographic area is your reference point (e.g., country, state or city)?
2. What do you consider to be a "reasonable" dancer fee for a BJ in your favorite club? (Do not include any fee to the club for access to a private dance area)
3. What do you consider to be a "reasonable" dancer fee for FS? (Do not include any fee to the club for access to a private dance area)
4. What is your "upper limit" for ITC services and how did you arrive at that upper limit?
5. Suspecting that dancers and customers would have differing opinions on a reasonable fee, are you a dancer or a customer?
Note: I know this is complicated by lots of factors-- your personal definition of "reasonable," your chemistry with the dancer, your financial means, her financial needs, whether some dancer fees are bundled into the access fee for the private dance area. Just curious about how much variability exists.
Note #2: Just the facts-- this is not a forum to gripe about GPS or cheap customers (of course I suspect that this discussion will go off rail into those areas).
For example:
1. SE Michigan
2. ITC BJ: 150
3. ITC FS: 200
4. ITC max: 300, A private ITC extras session is never more than an hour, usually 30 minutes or so. I think in terms of hourly pay: $200 for an hour (or less) of "work" by the dancer is a pretty good hourly fee and a better hourly pay rate than most jobs, including mine. I also consider the going rate for an escort and seldom go above that rate.

Your fees are pretty standard for Metro Detroit. Obviously, club dependent. Escort fees , I would say up to 400. This is before the 8 mile shutdown.
