degrading a nation... another article about why porn is so terrible...

Porn and naked people are ruining the world and posioning lives and blah blah blah... Another article i read today sharing these backwoods ideas about life and how miserable some people really are. First off porn and for that matter strip clubs can be the perfect thing to spice up a couples sex life and keep them together. A spouse wants to try something different and those platforms give the way for them to do that together and without them often times they will do it alone with someone else. Being open minded is never an issue. Moral fabric doesnt define how we live our lives its a set of standards that are often flexible to guide us during challenging times. Watching porn and being involved in the sex industry is not a moral dagard to send someone to eternal damnation. People need to remember that lives evolve and people make choices and as long as that is the case...its a choice... nothing is wrong with it. I for one support and love to watch porn. Imagine the strength of these girls to meet someone new and within a few hours have sex with them all while the entire shooting staff is looking on watching. That to me speaks volume to their ability to perform and enjoy what they do. There are alot of people in life to look up to and i think someone with this sort of mental and physical strength should not be shunned from the list based on their percieved ability to single handedly destroy the world for getting fucked on camera. oh and btw to those that forget... thank god someone creampied your pastors mom or... well... im sure you know how that works.... he wouldnt be here

I don’t know what you read but clearly there are an awful lot of people who are so uptight about their own body that they want to impose their world view on everyone else. Live and let live for crying out loud. I read today that both NY state & Washington DC have legislative bills pending that would either legalize or decriminalize prostitution. I’m sure all the people on the religious right will do their damnedest to make sure those are defeated. What article did you read? Can it be cited here?

Your insights are excellent. I think there are several lingering stigmas regarding sex workers, and sadly that is why prostitution may never be broadly legalized in this country.

Sex workers are simply other workers. I would not look down on someone for doing their job. Sadly, folks continue to look down on sex workers, and the sex industry, and it’s simply wrong.

I have watched several PRN star interviews with people like Seka, Nina Hartley, and Lexington Steele. The thing that I take away from their interviews is that they are very normal people who chose to have sex as a career. They would probably be fun to have a drink or two with just to have conversation. I see sex workers as providing a valuable service to those in need.

Take me for example. I work my literal ass off 7 days a week, am on call 24 hr/day, get called for problems needed dealt with all hours of day and night, have very little mental down time. Porn helps me relieve stress. AMPs help relieve stress plus allow for 60 to 90 minutes of human touch (very powerful for my mental downtime), strippers help relieve my stress by giving fun conversation with no filter requirement, human touch, beautiful 3 D nudity, and a friend to have a drink with. I really wish that we could truly be free in our own vices.

I think the couples using porn or strip clubs is a very small minority of what they are used for...

However I agree with your overall point. Banning them cannot be justified from a utilitarian and civil liberties perspective.

^^^^ Usually they try to make the argument that the women performers are victims.

This is of course baseless.
