Best CR, VIP private rooms for mileage and value in Manhattan?

I used to go to Flash Dancers for multiple CRs, always some good and willing talent there, but it has gone down hill since Times Square closed and they remodeled, raised the lights, added mirrors & raised prices in there other two locarions. Now CR gives even less privacy than before. It's as if they're trying to force you into blue room for $1800/hr for anything extra.

Anyone with experience at other Manhattan clubs? Whats best value VIP/CR options for extras in Manhattan these days? And what are rates? And tip expectations?

Supposedly VIP Club is pretty lax on the rules but i haven’t verified. Agree that Flash has gone downhill.
