I once cooked a meal for 18 adults for a New Years Eve party. I did prep work for 5 days and served a roast suckling pig with an apple in his mouth, a roast goose, a 6 lb tenderloin served medium rare at room temperature with horseradish sauce, twice baked potatoes, broccoli with roasted red peppers and a lime sauce, mixed roasted root vegetables and I fine dessert - a Queen of Sheba cake featuring 7 layers with 7 different butter creams, a melted chocolate icing with a white chocolate bow. Several wines were served and a Moët champagne for the stroke of midnight. I think that was the best meal I ever cooked and ate.
