I’ve written on this site about a dancer who I pursued and pursued hard for weeks. After 8 weeks of lapdances I gave her an ultimatum. If you are still attracted to her and want to “play” with her, and had nothing (another honey) better to do...
Go for it,
Just make sure you have reasonable expectations, she is a mother now and she might have to get a baby sitter if the kids are young, schedule around the kids etc.
If you think she still has potential to be a CF, go ahead. In my humble opinion it is better to regret something you have done.
When you haven't done something and regret it, then one major regret is that you wish that you would have done this...

Yes, her first child was born just about 9 months after our last liaison, but she assured me it was her boy friends.

If she doesn't do what you want quickly, then there is some problem which is not likely to be solved. So I say you have to break off early on if a girl will not comply.
