^Back when I had an apartment in Detroit, it would happen all the time while I was walking around the neighnorhood(s), even if I was dressed in oversized sweats. It was unavoidable. I worked there during the era where they stopped allowing extras. Tit fondling and whatnot was still allowed. But the majority of my time working there was when I had a select few big spenders, so I'd only go into work knowing I was guaranteed at least a grand because one of my regulars were coming in.
