the san ysidro ped east walk from the trolley has been changed for about a month now.
walk south just past the end of the trolley tracks and turn RIGHT and walk a few steps toward the usa customs building (don’t go in) and then turn LEFT and head south up four sets of steps and then onto the normal walkway to mexico.

Forgot to mention, the HK limo at old border has been moved since Aug 1. Instead of right at the taxi center, now you've to walk up the hill on the right, about 100ft.
Also, the pedestrian line into the US extends all the way to this new limo spot. Thats 500 people long line all day.
