Best PedEast Parking is at Carolin Shoes

Tried out the parking lot behind Carolin Shoes the other night since so many people recommended it. Arrived after 10pm and I was surprised by how big and clean it was! 15$ per 24hrs (including weekends and holidays per the sign) and you pay by plate at the self-serve machine, Cash or card. Currently it is the nicest and cleanest border parking lot I have been to. This lot is a block or 2 away and you do have to cross the street by Starbucks but for the price and security you can't beat it. No homeless people hanging around, no trash nor weird smells, plenty of security cameras and a lot of light. I have paid 50$ at LAZ and 30$ at the lot at the train tracks and those lots are so narrow. Thanks guys.
