Any quotes from Mao or Putin? Or other butchers of the world?
It was really only at the 1932 Speech before the Dusseldorf Business Round Table that Hitler was able to convince the movers and shakers that they were not intending to redistribute the wealth.
It was an updated form of Social Darwinism. Not that much different from the stuff we were hearing in the dotcom boom '90's.
