If you take birth control pills they will often make periods less uncomfortable with reduced bleeding. Then again the time for your hormones to adjust can make an unstable personality even more unstable.

you know to avoid getting dances in a nude club from the girl with the string! I was in a club where a dancer was picking up her shoes in the common dance room and found a used tampon on the floor just under the edge of the couch she had just given a nude dance on. We we all completely grossed out and everyone got up and left the room. I have sisters and have had live in partners I know periods for women are a fact of life I have even purchased "feminine products" for female friends. I even had a partner who like wild sex while on her period, she said it helped with cramps and another would went crazy horny the last day or so of her period(use towels and put them immediately into a cold wash). But for a girl to leave a used tampon in a dance room is pretty gross(almost as bad as a trashcan overflowing with used covers I saw in Washington Park IL. club).
