Bike lane assault at Rick's Minneapolis

I do a lot of bike riding in the summer. Assuming this story is accurate, I hope the guy sues Rick's. He should also consider carrying a concealed pistol like I do.

Sounds like Minneapolis law enforcement is also part of the problem.

Somebody get this idiot a lawyer. If he really has the video he claims to have he could recover a few hundred thousand in a personal injury lawsuit.

I'm short on time just doing a quick flyby so I only watched a couple minutes of that video with the sound turned down so I don't have all the facts but my initial impression is although the guy didn't deserve what happened to him he had an easy chance to avoid the whole thing by just riding his bike around the parked SUV instead of stopping and escalating what began as a trivial situation.
