Heading there on a Wednesday afternoon, around 5:00. Is that too late to take advantage of day shift talent? And are there lines out the door? (Don’t care as much about cost. Just want to be able to find attractive white and Latina dancers who like to party in vip.)

Doesn't mean you should abort the visit if going at 5pm, just that it's not the best time - dayshift girls may start packing it in by 7pm but there are midshift girls
Papi is correct about the customer crowds. As far as the dancers go, shift change is at 8PM. Things are not quite as wild after that. Different management team is not quit so lenient. Dancers start bailing out around 5. So between 5-8 There will be less dancers.

And since no one else mentioned it, there aren’t many attractive white girls left that like to party in VIP. Can happen but seems more rare these days than the norm.
In my limited experience it starts getting busy by 3pm - arriving at 5pm pretty good chance it'll be packed and decent chance you may have to wait outside - this club has been cited twice by the fire-marshal and now they don't let people in when at full capacity and only allow people in as people are leaving - the earlier you arrive the better and the less crazy the club will be
