I now think I see why reviews sometimes get submitted twice. I just submitted one for Creekside Cabaret in Colmar PA. In the past I have always gotten a confirmation saying it was received, but just now I did not. I thought about hitting "submit" again, but was afraid it would show up twice in the submitted reviews. Of course, I can't check for myself because it's a review I submitted.
