@25 made a comment about one of the posters here being like a used car salesman. It reminded me of this commercial..
I laughed when I saw this and thought I had to share.
1960s Car Salesman....READ BEFORE WATCHING
This is one of the greatest commercials ever seen and it only aired once. During the late 60s, most television programs and commercials were live. There were no "pre-recorded" programs. There were some obvious problems with this method. No "retakes" and "bloopers" were a regular occurrence. This salesman quit right after this commercial. This is no blooper! This guy was just very upset with his boss and told it like he thought it was. What a great job of ad-libbing. He never misses a beat while, if you listen carefully, you'll hear the cameraman and sound man lose it. The commercial got on the air, but only once!

Flag, did you read the description of the video by it's poster? It contradicts what you wrote above...
Kris Trexler Published on Jul 11, 2017 This "gag" commercial never aired of course. The pitchman was well known in the San Francisco Bay Area in the 1960s-70s. While taping commercials for the dealership in 1968, the pitchman made this gag take to poke fun at his boss. Ralph Williams owned many California car dealerships and had quite a notorious reputation.
Anyway it's funny and worth viewing.
