I heard that an angry BF clocked him with a second-hand watch and then tried to give him a hand up. Unfortunately, he slipped, hit his head on an alarm clock and got his bell rung.........

The clock was ticking and he didn't even know it

he forgot to wind up his clock.

I guess his main spring wound down.

He just ran out of time ;)

I guess his time was up since everyone uses their smartphone for a clock now.
