  My experiences at HK and Adelita's is that the girl will ask for the payment as she feels necessary.
  
  I've had girls ask for the payment before we go inside the room, before we become comfortable, and after we are done.
  
  I choose to pay the agreed amount upon her request and if she earned a tip I pay it after we are done.
