Typical OTC

Had lunch with a friend who just got divorced. He asked me about going to a club and next week he and I may hit one or two in the Chicago area. We were talking about OTC and he asked me what a typical date was otc. I told him my experience, I assume others are similar. Normally I meet the dancer at the restaurant or at my hotel which is a Hilton/Hyatt/Marriott. I like to have a nice meal out, so we normally go to a good restaurant. Not something to over the top but at least with good food and service. We then sometimes catch a show and then back to the hotel or just head to the hotel depending on whether it's a weekend or week night. So it's an actual date in many ways just with a guaranteed outcome. He is a lot more interested in meeting the girl at the hotel and then having her leave. Just curious, do most people OTC with a pump and dump or do you actually go out?

    I'm not at all interested in an escort-like experience with a stripper. I get the escort's transactional approach and by-the-hour pricing, with stripper-level flakiness. Basically, worst of all worlds. The only advantage to OTC, in this case, is that the stripper is likely much hotter than the escort... which, I suppose, might be enough of a benefit to be worth it. Well, that plus, if she's from a non-extras club, she hasn't already fucked 6 other guys today, if that thought bugs you.

    My usual OTC is something along the lines of: drinks, then dinner and drinks, then bar hopping which might include going to a strip club, then the hotel room to fuck it all off. Afterwards, sometimes she goes home, but often we go back out to eat again, and/or she stays the night in the room. Basically, a night with an insanely hot, fun chick -- plus, there's sex!

    Once we've known each other a while and the relationship becomes more arrangement-like, we might do things like you describe (e.g., see a show, go to a movie, etc) -- mixed in with the eating and drinking and partying.

    IF he hasn't done OTC before, and he just recently got divorced so he's been out of the game for a while, he might not even realize what he would or would not like. He may well be shocked by how much he enjoys having the attention of a beautiful woman, especially one as fun as a stripper (assuming, of course, she bothers to show up to the OTC lol). I'd wager that if you somehow talked him into trying a dinner-drinks-sex OTC, he himself will be shocked how much he enjoys it.

    One dancer likes to meet at a bar and I have to try to "pick her up." It can actually pretty fun as other guys are trying to pick her up and they're getting frustrated some pretty good stories come out of it.

    If he’s recently divorced, have him stick to the the well reviewed, but professional, escorts.

    If he goes OTC with a stripper, and realizes what he’s been missing, he’ll fall in love with the first one to kiss his cheek and call him “baby”.

    Apologies to steeldog for the thread derailment. I have nothing useful about typical OTC. Most of the OTC meetups I have done involved eating food.

    Not much of an OTCer - seems to me most TUSCLers that are big into OTC tend to be more of a one-dancer/fave type of PL and seem to want the equivalent of a one-on-one relationship that encompasses more than just sex and it's more like dating (dinners; shopping; etc) - the pump-and-dump dudes can often lose patience w/ the hit/miss aspect of strippers and move on to more-sure-thing-escorts - not saying this applies 100%, but sorta the pattern I've gleamed from my years on the board
