You've been a TUSCL member since 2015 and only posted two reviews? The reviews were nicely written and detailed but both were of the same club (DD in Pompano Beach).

You might get a legitimate answer to your query but many of the more knowledgeable TUSCLers will provide help and guidance mainly to those who also contribute helpful intel.

My suggestion to you is to do some homework and read reviews of the clubs in Toronto and Mississauga (near the Toronto airport).

I know extras can be easily found in mississauga but thats not what im looking for; im looking for in the actual city of toronto.

From what I understand, you’re not likely to get extras at any of the clubs that are actually in Toronto. It seems Mississauga is where you need to go for extras.

GTA or Downtown Toronto? Like was mentioned, Downtown is a bit cleaner although OTC is avail. If its just the GTA, hit any of the clubs around the airport. The reviews in the area are accurate as far as I can tell. I haven't been in 3 or 4 months, but the big hubub a while back about no more of that in GTA was clearly overblown when I was there.

There's a handful of clubs that are the same as DD in Pompano.

i know extras are easily available near the airport. that is NOT what im looking for. im looking for ITC extras in downtown toronto. can this be had anywhere at this time?

Try a massage parlor, I heard there is one in Toronto. They have a website and Twitter account. Some of the employees have been on manyvids.

Short answer, no. ITC in downtown Toronto is not common in my experience. I've gotten some at Fillmores, but it was with a girl I had met on a previous trip at one of the Mississauga clubs. None of the other clubs I've been to downtown even had a place where it was reasonable. There's a shit ton of rub and tug joints and escorts, but the strip clubs are more show and less go. I guess I shouldn't say no go, the mileage for dances are fine and OTC is pretty available and reasonably priced. I'd say comparable to a lot of S. FL clubs, its one of the few areas I still club in when I'm traveling.
