hit and miss at every club, in general, Seattle is a bad extras city. The surest thing used to be Pandora's during the day, but that is even tough these days. I have found over the years that the opportunity for extras shifts around, once upon a time, the Sands was solid, but that was a few years ago, the Talents West clubs were great, but they have been gone for a while now and most of those dancers are gone too.
I have found Kittens to be OK for extras recently, but again, it is girl by girl. Some will sit with you and just lay out their menu, others are strictly a no.
Good luck, TNA Board might be a better place if you are looking for some extras and not wanting to waste time and money
