Purchasing a Strip Club

Anyone here ever look into the possibility of purchasing a club? I'm not talking about one of the big expensive clubs, but moreso one of the small local dive-bar places. I'd love to hear any experiences.

A friend and I had this conversation just last night. He used to own a sex shop and knows a few dancers that he would hire to get it going. In our current county of residence, SCs are illegal. (Apparently some bikers operating an illegal club got it banned for us.) He is looking into getting a facility just over the county line and busing clients. I don't know if he has the necessary $$, but it will be interesting. I am sure he would be interested in talking to investors.

Busing clients? Why can't they drive themselves? There are no clubs in my county(Not illegal) so I drive through two counties just to get to the 3rd county where my favorite club is.

If you buy a strip club you will need to higher dancers and staff.

But before doing that you will need to hire some expert specialist lawyers.

If I had the money to buy a strip club I would not buy a strip club. I'd go invest it in a different type of business. The marijuana business is booming right now here in California.

I do think quite a few of the low to no money dives are there for laundering money.
