Even then all we know is that she said something. Still no facts and there won't be until a fact is proven. Only evidence should prove a fact, not just what someone says.
Of course he's guilty, he admitted it. Whether or not that admission should have been allowed as evidence is up to far brighter legal minds than any of us.
