I have been reading the term bolt ons on this site refering to boobs. What happens if her bolts come loose? Does her boobs fall off?

Tighten them up with a wrench.
They should be finger tight. Make sure that you check every dancer, as even those that are natural-looking might be bolt-ons.
I like the term welded myself ;)
