Any penalties for mongering outside Zona Norte?

most any club or bar has opportunities. the big thing of the zona norte is the tolerance of street girls out in the open.

and in public... as long as you monger ‘discreetly’... i would think you would be ok.

butt if the prudes, hypocrites and self righteous gain power in mexico there might be a problem. thank goodness that the mexican public attitude seems to tolerate a more realistic view.
