  PhatBoy - are you sure it was real Viagra? The shit they sell that’s non-prescription can be dangerous. I believe the Yohimbe can cause your heart to race. Those otc drugs can be dangerous -

  If we take viagra , how long the erections last.
  Let's say I drive 2 hours to go to a club, I take viagra 1 hour before i reach the club. How effective it will be.

  @Darkblue: I generally take a quarter or a half of a 100mg table about a half hour before I expect any action to start. Then another quarter to a half when the action actually starts. By the time that it’s time to actually fuck, things come together.

  @Cashman, you are correct about Yohimbe. It has several deadly side effects such as a rapid increase in heart rate, as well as sleeplessness. Avoid it at all costs.
  
  There are over-the-counter supplements that are safe to use, but you have to read the label carefully so you know what is in it. Before taking any supplement, do your research on each ingredient listed on the label. Also, do not buy anything that is a proprietary blend, as those hide the dosage of each ingredient. Things like horny goat weed and maca seem to be safe to take, but the body can become immune to them if taken regularly.
  
  IMO, the best supplements for a man to take for the purposes of sexual health would be Omega-3, L-Arginine and Vitamin D. They’re all available over-the-counter and are affordable too. They boost heart health and erectile health. You need a healthy heart to be able to get blood flowing to the penis.

  It was generic viagra, I m glad I only tried 20mg. I was going to try 100. I had a crushing pain and tightness in my chest. I can still feel the tightness a little bit. Maybe its just the way my body reacts to it.

  I’m not sure that’s a known side effect, but f’ing new strange can certainly trigger those symptoms. Agree with others’ comments to start at lower dose 20-25 mg about 30 min before action then add a little....another 10-20mg if needed.
  
  Disclaimer- my experience is based on “multiple orgasms” per meeting objective, not getting first erection which isn’t a problem .

  If you are a "Plus" member at Sam's Club you can get 20mg of Sildenafil (generic Viagra) in quantities of 30 pills for $10. Rx has to be specifically for quantities of 30 of 20mg of Sildenafil.
