In the TUSCL glossary, VHM is very high mileage and UHM is ultra high mileage. Nothing else to the definitions. To me, VHM is where the girl is stick shifting, I can suck on her tits, I can grab her ass, but FIV is probably off the table. To me, UHM means I'm getting some form of Extra. To be UHM, I'm at least getting a HJ or more.
I don’t pay attention to them because I know
YMMV
Your Mileage May Vary - Don't expect to receive the same treatment unless you fork out the same amount of dollars.
I don’t equate UHM with extras. Kind of subjective of course, but to me the scale is air, HM/VHM, UHM, extras. The lines are mostly blurry of course, but I would say an UHM dance would include things DFK, OTP BJ/HJ, etc. (and a lot of it, not just a technique thrown in at the end to get you to buy another dance). The line between UHM and extras is pretty clear: your dick is out and she’s doing something with it. This is just my personal opinion of coure, but it’s what I keep in mind when I write a review.
I consider UHM to be a type of dance where extras could happen during the dance (so anything could be on the table) and anything under that (DATY, DFK) while I consider VHM to be "full" contact which includes kitty play but "usually" not full FIV and the usual heavy grind, stick shifting, titty feeding, etc. It's the VHM and HM dances which seem to have no significant difference, but YMMV.
UHM and VHM are not precise terms. But I would say that you only have UHM when you have FS. VHM could be BJ. Without that, it does not even rise to the VHM level.
FWIW, I've never gone along with the 'extras' concept. Wrong way to look at the situation and engage with the girl, making her into a vending machine. I always treat women as civilians, and in all situations.

If I’m groping a dancer in the back room - I’d say I got good mileage. But I move quickly from mileage to extras.
