Don't waste your time with OTC herbal bs...get some generic seldenfil if you can't afford the name brand Viagra.

Max_starr provides good advice. The otc herbal stuff can have very bad side effects (rapid heart beat, etc.). Some of the other products are just snake oil - with no effect at all.

There are quite a few online spots to purchase generic viagra. It might not be as potent as the name brand - but it’s safer than buying Horny Goat Weed - or some other snake oil product.

A good diet and exercise are the best thing for the libido. First make sure you have healthy habits. Then take viagra if you need it.

I definitely try to exercise 3x a week or more...pushups, situps, running...the meds I take though suppress my errection a little some times...so i get generic viagra from alldaychemist, an indian pharmcy....I take 100 mg...you can definitely tell the difference...full errection and it lasts longer for me...I feel more confident about it..

Yohimbe bark extract

I just checked CVS has both Yohimbe - Horny Goat Weed - and Extenze. From the reviews - both Yohimbe and Horny Goat Weed can be effective. I wouldn’t advise using them if you have heart disease -

I’ve got type 1 diabetes which can impact blood flow especially to the extremities. For me none of the over the counter products I tried worked and as a few posters have said they can mess up your heart rate or blood pressure especially if you have an existing condition. In the end it was Cialis to the rescue but it’s expensive even with insurance. I’d also recommend limiting Sochi as that tends to make the situation worse especially if you are over 40. I have used horney goat weed and Yohimbe separately and together. With HGW I do not see a major effect but it does seem to help with no side effects. Yohimbe is intense stuff. I have to break the tablets in half to avoid sweating like a pig and my heart racing. But it has the greatest effect of all the supplements I have tried producing a very intense orgasm experience.

My CF bending over the counter always does the trick for me.

I would recommend staying away from Extenze. I bought a pack from the gas station once for the hell of it. I felt like I was going to die. I started getting a head ache, nausea, increased heart rate, stomach cramping. It took about 6-8 hours to wear off.
