Maybe there is hope for those horny teachers.

While I personally think while many such relationships can be damaging, they should be decriminalized, especially for first offenders...And definitely the impact to the "victim(s)" should be thoroughly assessed. For instance, I had crushes on several teachers in high school in their 20's...Had one of them approached me and had a sexual relationship, I don't feel that would even warrant anything more than say a reprimand for the first offense. Now, rape, sexual assult and battery, molestation, etc should obviously be a terminating event and probably a felony. I could be wrong, but society in general seems to overreact to everything sexual in a negative way.
