It's obviously doctored and weird looking. The problem with these videos is that the facial expressions don't match the body language. Also in some of these videos, their head is turning one way while their eyes are looking in the other direction.
I can just see lawyers lining up to make money on the 'defamation of character' lawsuits and yet another #metoo'ish crusade in reaction to this. It can't end well...
