  warhawks - not necessarily. The existing club violates zoning codes. A church right across the street, etc and was allowed to continue operating under a special deal with the county/city. Will they still honor that under new ownership and a fire?

  ^^^ Now that you mention it Papi, I can think of a couple in my area that have caught fire too. They seem to catch fire more often than the local Applebee’s or McDonald’s... hmmm...
