Panhandling Outside Da Club

So should I have stuck with my usual approach with panhandlers and offered to go pay the cover for him? That way I know he spent my $5 to get into a bar and did not waste it on food or some such LOL!
Seriously, work on your pitch buddy. If you're really begging for cover, whatchygonnado when you get inside? Oh, wait. you're gonna take up space at one of the hi-tops!
Got something to say?

That would be torture.
Not common to see panhandlers in the clubs I hit - I assume most clubs don't want them around harassing customers and keep an eye out for them if it's an issue.
If a guy asks me for some $$$ to get in the club I'd probably toss him a $20 so he can at least get in, get a drink, and at least see some titties - also dances in the black clubs I hit are mostly $5 and some $10 - I also feel a bit guilty about blowing 300 bucks in the club and then not tossing anything his way, although I realize I should not feel guilty and he should get a job but still feel for people that are in that position.
Deciding who can stay in a club and who has to leave can get out of hand IMO - most bouncers in most clubs are meatheads often w/ zero people skills and many have a power-trip issue - I can see them starting to toss people for the simplest things and at times over a misunderstanding (particularly if you are not a known regular) - a while back it was posted either on the discussion-board or a review about the staff now almost always citing w/ dancers when there is a dispute over dance-count (which was not necessarily the case in the past) - seems the staff could perhaps start looking for the smallest of issues to toss people out - not to mention asking people to move from tables when supposedly someone has bought a bottle (IMO having VIP seating is not a good policy to have for such a small club w/ limited seating).
I’m not sure if that would be looked upon negatively (by other patrons). If the panhandling patron runs out of cash - he might either take up space - or start asking other patrons for cash - and that could be unpleasant.
@dre Those are for use by the bartenders to hold seats for regulars that let them know they're coming in. Just have to be friendly with bartenders to take advantage of those. ;-)
