I think you could call the practice of not mentioning dancer names (for girls who do extras) a bit of netiquette?

It’s generally to keep a good thing going, but it could also be to keep the girl from getting into trouble.

Generally we don’t demean each other. I know SJG likes to call others chumps - but that might become a term of endearment.

I know I'm always polite to people with differing political beliefs.
